I lost my premium today and I was already charged this month

I lost my premium today and I was already charged this month

I pay for the individual premium and I was charged 10.49 exactly on sunday April 9th but now I don't have premium or my money I have proof of payment because my card shows what was purchased, how much was paid, and when it was paid

Hey,

Thanks for posting in the Community.

As a first step, we'd suggest checking your receipts page to find out your usual payment date for Spotify. It might be that your last payment has failed multiple times and was processed with a delay making it look like you didn't receive your 1 month of Premium. 

 

If this is the case, the date of your subscription ending will match the one of your previous (non-delayed) payments.
