I meet the criteria, why am I not getting an email nor link for the Google Nest Mini?

My Question or Issue

 

Noted a friend had claimed theirs, and as I'm the family manager, I came to claim my Nest mini. However, there is no option for me to do this. I have not had an email and there's no link on the page for me to claim.

 

What's going on?

Could you try reserving and redeeming your Nest Mini here using a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t work, attach a screenshot of what you are seeing and I’ll take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

After registering for your free Google Nest Mini, the email may take a few days to arrive, depending on availability and demand. If you don’t get an email after a few days, you can order it here instead.

I haven't recieved the email yet, and when I click the link to link my account it says not able to redeem at this time?

 

Am i doing anything wrong?

Same here I registered my interest using the above link on Thursday (I think) but not email and the link says I'm not able to redeem, 

 

I'm disappointed with Spotify as it seems that premium family accounts had to go searching for a link whereas it was displayed to everyone else.

I am on premium duo and have been with Spotify for quite a while now, this has really disappointed me too. It does say it could take 3-5 days for an email which its gone over now so im not holding my breathe.

I think spotify didn't think this offer through even though they have millions of customers so what did they expect?
Im sure they've disappointed a lot of customers with what seems to be picking and choosing who gets them regardless of the time of registering
