I need a refund

I recently tried the free three month subscription and cancelled the subscription the day I got it so I wouldn't have to make any payments, and now it charged me out of my card. I would like a refund.

Sorry to hear that you've been charged in this situation. You can see the Refund Policy of Spotify here and check the instructions there to access your account page and check, if you can initiate a refund process for the payment yourself.

Spotify charge me two times this month, can i do something to get my money back?

Я случайно оформил подписку на ваш сервис и обнаружил это только после списания средств. Сразу после этого я отменил подписку, так как не планирую ею пользоваться.

Пожалуйста, помогите вернуть списанные деньги, так как подписка была оформлена по ошибке. Надеюсь на ваше понимание и поддержку в решении этого вопроса.

Hello, i wanted to ask how to get a refunded on my premium, i bought <snip - Moderator Edit> the three month version, yesterday i got Charged <snip - Moderator Edit>. I haven't used it since, is there any way i could get my money Back? 

 

I don't want an individual subscription because im an student, im going to buy that pack soonly
So i need that money back as soon as possible
