I paid for Premium, still FREE status...

I paid for Premium, still FREE status...

I’ve had Spotify Premium for years, I recently had to update my payment method. The Premium payment went through and shows up on my charges however my account is still on the free status and not Premium.. I can’t use any Premium features either. Please contact me via email

No I did those things and yet my account is still in the FREE status

I am having the same issues and followed all the suggested steps as well. I have premium status when I use the online player but not through the app (which I have deleted and re downloaded multiple times.)
