I paid for my individual plan from my credit card and it wasn’t applied

I paid for my individual plan from my credit card and it wasn’t applied

Would like it returned to my credit card

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you’re not seeing any of the Premium features, it’s possible that the payment didn’t go through. I’d recommend checking your Order history and your credit card statement to confirm if the charge was processed successfully.

 

If the payment did go through but you’re still not getting Premium, it’s worth checking if you might have another Spotify account. You can find steps on how to locate any other accounts you might have here: https://community.spotify.com/t5/FAQs/How-do-I-find-if-I-have-another-Spotify-account/ta-p/4737961
