I payed for a student subscription that I didn't get

I was trying to get a student account but it was only for college I the problem is that I'm putting my card info in befor I put in the school info and I got charger for something I didn't get or signed up for I'm wating for someone to get my money back to me this is not cool

In this case, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money will actually been taken because Spotify has not verified your student status.
