I still get ads listening to music even though my account is premium

My Question or Issue

I've purchased 2 weeks worth of premium yet I still constantly get at most 30 seconds ads between music transitions, though other premium benefits still apply I'm still bothered with the fact that I'm still interrupted with spotify ads (podcast/music/premium). This never happened in the past and has only occured at my recent premium renewal.

The plan's attributes includes "There are no audio ads between songs". This didn't help my issue.

Yes, @blueday, but it also states that it only works with one mobile device.

Do you get ads when using a mobile phone or when using a PC?

Now that I think about it I noticed that only if I use spotify on my mobile phone that I don't get ads anymore. This never happened before and I never would get any ads in either devices I use with the same acccount. I even paid the spotify premium through my PC so why does this only occur now when in the past my premium attributes goes as expected?

I really don't know why you had no ads when using your PC.
