I updated the payment method, but there is a note that I owe

I updated my paymend method and my bank retained double, anyway, I still see the red sign saying. Who can I contact to get help? This platform doesn't help at all.

Thanks for posting about this here in the Community and welcome!

 

You mention that you were charged twice. Just to confirm, are the charges showing up as "pending" on your bank statement?

 

If so, it's possible that they didn't go through successfully, which would explain why you're seeing an error message. There's more info about this here. In that case, we'd recommend first taking a look at this support site article.

 

If you're still having troubles, a screenshot of the error message you see would be helpful. Just make sure that there's no private or sensitive info displayed.
