I've been charged 3 times today and still no premium

How can this be possible?? I've checked and refresh the app and It said that I have no payments done and I've been charged 3 TIMES today!!!!!! 3!!!!!! I'm so upsed with spotify. I need a solution. Can anyone help me??

Are you able to see the current status of the payments? They should show as pending. If that's the case, they'll get back to you in a few business days.

When that happens, try signing up again using an incognito window to see if your payment goes through.
