I’ve paid but still don’t have access to premium

I’ve paid but still don’t have access to premium

I’m having a bit of trouble with my premium subscription, as I am with Spark NZ where I am offered 50% off my Spotify account. Recently my account was paused, and I was forced to pay again. And although I did, my account still has no access to premium and I have lost $7.50! What can I do to fix this?

Since your Spotify subscription is set up through your service provider, we suggest contacting them for more information about this issue.

 

Right now, Spotify doesn't manage third party subscriptions. If it was paused, but you were still charged, only your service provider can help you set it back up and help you with a refund if possible.
