I want a refund

Solved!

I want a refund

3 days ago I subscribed to Spotify premium
taking advantage of the 3 month offer
for $ 9 MXN.
First I tried with a credit card,
but I could not because I had used
it before. Try 3 times like this,
until I use another card and if I
succeed.

But later I realized that they had charged those 3 attempts to my card, when they did not give me anything in return. So I want the $ 27 MXN back pleaseIMG_20181123_120035.jpg

Hey @Cgomzb,

They're very likely just pending charges if you haven’t received any receipts from Spotify via Email 🙂

A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.

If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company.
