My Question or Issue

Bro,i was charged for the individual plan after the 3 month free trial that started back in august WITHOUT a warning AND without my permission. If i knew the free trial was ending i would've CANCELLED and would have not bought premium. I CANT afford it. Please give people warnings before charging money,you know , not everyone can afford it:)

Hey @idlikeanrefund,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

When the trial period expires, the system takes the first monthly payment automatically from the payment method you registered in your subscription. 

However, in case you change your mind about keeping the subscription, if the payment was made less than 14 days ago, and if it wasn't a prepaid/third party payment, you can get that payment back.

But since we cannot access users’ accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further.
