Invalid Plan expirydate

I have paid for 9 months as part of a promotional campaign. However I get only six months validity!

Thanks for the screenshot 🙂

The reason you only got 6 months of Premium could be because you either already had Premium on your account in the past or have redeemed another discount offer.

As far as I know, this also includes using a payment method that has already been used for Spotify in the past.

 

If that's the case, you, unfortunately, won't be able to benefit from this offer.
