Is there any service charge from the bank?

Is there any service charge from the bank?

Hi! I've been a premium user since February 27, 2018; unknowingly my bank has service charged more than what I should pay on my premium plan. (Premium Plan : ₱ 129.00 ; Service Charge from my bank : ₱ 300.00) I attached screenshots from my Metrobank transaction history and Spotify receipts on how to make this concern clear.

Note: My monthly due for my premium is every 27th of the month.

Hello

 

To the best of my knowledge there should not be any extra charges. But I recommend you contact your bank about this, and if they aren't able to help give the folks over at Spotify Support a shout to see if they can help look a little further into this.
