Issue with Premium payed with 18app

Hi

I payed for premium spotify with 18app ( a coupon). My premium worked for only 1 week and ,suddenly, my premium version is gone.  I tried all the solutions that I found on the net,but they didn’t work, could you help me? 

I also would like to ask what happened with the 30 days trial I was supposed to have, but didn’t.

Could you please check if you're using the same account you used to subscribe with the 18app deal? You're probably using a different account, that's why you can't see your active subscription.
