je viens de recharger mon compte Premium en introduisant le code fourni lors du payement, j’ai toujours des publicités et je ne sais pas écouter ma playlist comme si j’étais en Free

This type of case commonly happens when you redeemed the card on the wrong account or you're using a different account still on free by mistake. So first, we'd recommend logging out and back in following the steps in this article.
