Öğrenciliğimi guncellemedigim icin ucretim artmıştı hem güncelleyim hemde kartı degistireyim dedim bu ay baktığımda iki karttanda para cekilmis eski karttan indirimsiz yeni karttan ogrenci yanlışlığın duzeltilmesini ve iademin yapilmasini suan baktigimda hesabim yine indirimsiz görünüyor bana dönüş yapılsın lütfen.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for getting in touch with us. Hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

In order to be charged the reduced rate you need to activate the Student discount after applying it to the account. You can start off by checking your inbox to see if you've received a confirmation email from SheerID. You should be able to activate the discount on your account by clicking the link in that email.

 

When it comes to the 2 separate charges that you see. Can you take a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see any extra payment there, it means that you might be paying for 2 different accounts.

 

Take a look at this page to see what you can do to locate your second account.
