Keep getting redirected to the wrong market

Keep getting redirected to the wrong market

I recently moved from Hungary to the UK and previous Family plan was discontinued, so I tried to sign up for a Student plan. However, Spotify keeps redirecting me to the plans available in Hungary (even though I changed the country in the settings), and since I have a debit card issued in the UK, I can't even sign up for a Hungarian plan as the place of issue is not Hungary. What can I do? Does it just need time to readjust?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

We'd recommend youLog out Everywhere. This will assure that your account is not logged in on any old device. 

 

After that log in on your Account page and try subscribing for the Student plan from there directly.
