Keeps changing my Student Subscription to non-Student

Hi there,

Spotify keeps changing my student subscription to a non-student subcription without telling me. Can you please rectify.

They keep doing this to me too. Every month for the past 3 months , they keep charging me for family! I have to contact each month and get a refund. I'm sick of it. I've been assured it's fixed this time but I won't hold my breath.
