Need help my account has failed a payment and I changed credit cards but it’s not excepting it!

Hi!

 

Typically if a payment fails, Spotify will try to take payment over the next few days.

Please follow these steps to change your payment information.

  4. Contact Spotify support for further assistance if the issue persists.
