Thanks for sharing your question in the Spotify Community. Hope you don't mind me replying in English.

 

To ensure you're using the same account across all devices, in your Android device click your picture at the top left, then click on Settings and privacy and click on Account. This will allow you to see your account details as username and email. Make sure you use exactly the same to log into your PC and Alexa.

 

If you've confirmed you're logging into the correct account, but still having issues, could you share more details on the steps you're following and the errors you get, if any? Please make sure to provide the following details:

 

  • Device and operating system (e.g. MacBook Air, 10.10 OSX)
  • Spotify app version
  • Any screenshots/screen recordings that help explain or illustrate the issue
