Quiero mi dinero de regreso, ya que ni siquiera tengo el servicio más aparte tengo un doble pago que ni está reflejado

We hope you don't mind us replying in English. Are you able to see the current status of the charge? If it hasn't gone through, try signing up for Premium again using an incognito window to see if it makes a difference.

 

Also, make sure that your payment method meets these requirements.
