[Mobile][Other] Gift card works on computer but not phone

So my friend had given me a Spotify gift card for one month of premium, and when I redeemed it on my Windows computer it worked totally fine. On the same account, I went to my iPhone 12 and tried to use it and for whatever reason I just don't have access to any premium features. I mainly use Spotify on my phone so this is a bit of a concern because I don't want any money to be wasted.

We suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in to your account on your phone. This will trigger a sync between your account and your device. 

If you still can't see your subscription, we suggest that you check if you're logged in to the same account as on your PC. You can check this by clicking on your display name on the upper right corner of the desktop app > Account and by tapping on Settings > Account on the mobile app. For more info, take a look at this article. 

In case you're sure that you're logged in to the same account on both devices, would you mind sending us some screenshots of how the app looks like on your end on both devices?
