I signed up for a 3-month free promotion. They charged me a monthly fee of $9.99. I saw on the site that normally an amount is charged as a "test" of the account and then that amount is reversed. But it's been two weeks and the amount hasn't been returned yet.

Usually, the amount charged as a test is less than a dollar, I think that you may have subscribed to the Premium plan.

You can check that if you go to your account and scroll down to Your Plan. There, you'll see when is the next payment due.

Remember that you can't benefit from the free Premium offer if you had had Premium before, if you used a gift card or if the payment used was used before in another Spotify account.
