Moved to the US and can't pay for Premium anymore

My Issue

I just moved from Egypt to the US and my subscription ended, I changed my country/region on my account but when I try to pay with my debit card it gives me this error: "The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method."

I don't have other cards, and I use this card almost daily on Amazon and shopping websites online so the card is not the issue.

I am sorry to hear that. Please note that the country your payment method is registered in must match the country registered on your account. This means that if you have a payment method that is still registered in Egypt, that may be why you’re unable to pay in the United States. I would recommend making sure that these two countries are the same on both ends. More info on country/region settings here.

If you do not have a payment method in the United States yet, you can always continue your subscription by purchasing a gift card in the United States at any leading electronics store or third-party retailer near you. You can then redeem the gift card here and apply it to your account. There is also more info on gift cards and how they work on this support page.
