My 3 months of free spotify premium for Samsung won't go through

I recently bought a Samsung tab s8 and am trying to redeem my 3 month premium and once I filled out my information it says "something went wrong. Please try again." I've looked for anything that could help me but nothing has worked.

Thanks for the post.

Note that this offer is only available for customers who have not paid for Premium, or previously had the 30-day trial for Spotify Premium.

If that's not the case, I'd recommend opening the link from Samsung's email in an incognito/ private browser window and try again.
