Just to confirm, are you getting a specific error message when you try to redeem the code? Keep in mind that only users who haven't had Premium before are eligible for these offers, so if you've had Premium in the past you won't be eligible to redeem it.
If this is not the case, you can try redeeming it again using an incognito window or a different device, just make sure to be logged in to the right account.

Just to make sure we're on the same page, have you tried any troubleshooting mentioned by @Novy? For example - trying to redeem the code via an incognito window or a different browser, from a different device, another network connection, etc.
Shouldn't that do the trick, would you mind letting us know if you're seeing any error messages? It's also worth checking with Adidas, just to ensure everything looks alright with the code from their end.

Same issue. Where would you go to redeem it if not after signing up? For the first time ever, I might add - and this is not giving me a good feeling about how well Spotify will work.

Please make sure to confirm if you're getting any error message when trying to redeem the code. If so, could you send over a screenshot? This will help us take a better look at what's going on.
Also, have you checked if everything is alright with the code as @Maria suggested?

Hi I have exchanged the Adidas & Sportify voucher for 5 months and I have just registered the Sportify account. However, I am unable to redeem the code, could you please help me to have a look please? Thanks.
I had the same issue and had to contact Spotify support directly and got it partly resolved.
First, Adidas made an error and does not provide you with the "special adidas link" to go the "Adidas Spotify redeem site"
Second, you still have to sign up for a "Free Trail Subscription" through Spotify USA Inc, meaning you have to add a form payment to your
account to redeem this offer. And *WARNING* even though its free 0.00 for the first month it "Spotify USA Inc" will charge you a random
amount to make sure the form of payment is active.
So the whole offer from Adidas and Spotify is a bit misleading to begin with and the code does not work on the normal redeem promo code on their website.
And for me my 5 month code only worked as 3 months even though I spent 3000 points on it not 500.
So be forewarned before redeeming your code from adidas

I am formally emailing and making a formal complaint with Spotify and asking for a refund for the amount it charged my paypal account as well

Make sure you're redeeming the code in the right place. https://spotify.com/redeem/ is for gift cards only, so trying there will result in an error.

Note: Make sure you use the appropriate one - trying to redeem a code for 3 months in the 5-month trial link will result in an error.

That's because the offer is open only to users who are currently on Spotify free, I'm afraid.

That’s not what the T&C are saying - please check the screenshot attached. The offer 5-for-1 is redeemable to current users as well.
@Yordan, @Franchissima, I would be interested to know if this has worked now, I have had premium in the past (2023) and would hate to waste 5500 Adidas points.

It states that it's for current or new free users, so if you currently have Premium you won't be able to redeem the offer. You'll instead need to cancel and wait for your account to revert to free. After that you should be good to go, as long as you haven't used up that exact same offer on your account previously (you can do this only once on your account) 👍
@tuffz, thanks for joining the thread! Do you have the same 5-month for the price of 1 offer? If you have another one, then you won't be eligible to redeem it on your account, I'm afraid, since you've already had Premium. The 3-month and 5-month offers are for users who haven't tried Premium yet.
