My Question or Issue

Whenever i try to update my payment it says your payment method and your country don't match.And there is nothing wrong with my credit card.I checked it, the balance and anything else ( international and online shopping ) was OK. The problem is probably because of Spotify. I tried everything to solve the problem but couldn't . Waiting for your answer and thanks for your care in advence.

Could you please let me know of the country you're trying to subscribe from ?

In the meanwhile, you can check some of the steps provided here.

 

In order for it to work properly, a payment method should be issued in the same country mentioned on your profile page.

I would recommend the following (In addition to the link added above):

 

- Trying the process on a different device

- Using Incognito for the process

- Different web page

- Contacting your bank to check the transactions made
