I have Premium for the family. Living in the Czech Republic, Prague

I am the Owner and I added 5 more people (members) to my Spotify family. But recently 4 members were removed from my subscription because their address did not match with my address.

The whole problem is I am not sure what address I filled in when I signed up. Where can I find what address did I fill in??? So other members can join Premium for the family.

They filled in the address we are living at, but the Spotify will not accept it. I might have made a mistake while filling in my address.

PLEASE tell where can I find what address did I fill in while signing up. I expect to find my address in the account settings, but it is not there...

I understand your concern. Right now, it isn’t possible to change your address. I‘d recommend checking out this support article under ‘Change Address’.
