My card won’t be accepted

I have cars with enough money but it won’t let me enter it into the payment method. Then I tried a different card and it said it didn’t work.

When the system is not registering the card, it’s possible that the card doesn’t meet all the requirements for the transaction to be completed. First, we’d recommend taking a look at this article to check if you’ve already covered all basic scenarios.  

If so, and the issue persists, we’d suggest trying it on a different device, from an incognito/private window or even from a different WiFi network to see if it makes any difference.

Lastly, in case you have a PayPal account, would you mind trying  with it to see if it makes any difference?
