My gift card won’t work

this is the 3rd time this year that my gift cards don't want to work I have all tried, change the letters that may look alike, the postal code but nothing works I still have the same error message it's been 3 times in a row. i think i should go somewhere else. someone can help me ?

If you’re still unable to redeem your gift card, I would recommend contacting Customer Support.
