My premium subscription has changed to free after payment has been made this month.

My premium subscription has changed to free after payment has been made this month.

I pay for my Spotify monthly with my phone bill, so when I pay my phone bill my Spotify is automatically paid as they are connected. My phone bill was paid a day late which would mean my services on my mobile were cut for a day or two, which means of course Spotify wouldn’t have been able to take payment, however this hasn’t been a problem before as my account has always returned to normal if I’m ever late (which is never more than a day). It says my account is a free subscription but the money has been taken out my account for several days now and still hasn’t returned to premium, what happens now? I’ve tried logging in and out which hasn’t worked.
