My regular payment has been taken in addition to my new Duo account

My regular payment has been taken in addition to my new Duo account

Set up duo at the weekend oaid immediately £16.99. Today I see that they have taken my regular payment of £11.99 as well. How do I get my £11.99 back?

Thanks for coming to the Community. 

 

This situation definitely sounds like you have got more than one account with Spotify. I recommend following these steps to check if that’s the case.

 

If you find another account and want to keep any content from it, you can transfer playlists, liked songs, and followers to your preferred account by following these instructions.

 

After that, make sure to cancel any active subscriptions on the other account via this page and close the extra account to avoid any confusion in the future.
