Nessun Avviso di scadenza abbonamento studentesco

Ho scoperto per puro caso che mi era scaduto il contratto premium per studenti, ovviamente non mi era arrivata nessuna mail della vicina scadenza, e quindi mi sono stati addebitati la cifra completa. Ho rifatto la procedura per avere di nuovo lo sconto studentesco ma purtroppo i soldi in più non mi sono stati addebitati e, siccome non è stato un errore mio dato che nessuno mi ha avvisato della scadenza, esigo provvedimenti.

Soon before the Student discount expires, out system sends an automatic reminder. This reminder can sometimes also land in the spam/junk folder of your email inbox. Could you check there aswell?

If you still can't find it, check the email address registered in your Spotify account.

If the activation of the Student discount was successful, on your account page you'll be able to see the discounted amount of the next payment.
