I started a 3-month Spotify premium trial yesterday and today I go to Spotify and I don't have a subscription and everything worked yesterday, I even got an email that I have Spotify premium until February 26 and today it doesn't work anymore

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend you try logging in with other email addresses you might own. If you had a Premium subscription, make sure that you're using the address where you got the confirmation email for Premium.

I'd also recommend checking out this Support article for more info on how to find the logging details of possible accounts you might own.
