No $9.99 single user subscription anymore?

I want to renew my subscription to Spotify, but it seems as though there is no option anymore to pay for just the $9.99 single user subscription plan.  Is this still available?  If not, why was there no notice sent out to Spotify users about this change?

There is indeed still a Spotify Premium subscription which costs around $9.99. However, the price of Spotify Premium varies between countries. Find out the price of Premium in your country.

Additionally, there is a Spotify Premium for Family plan which allows you and up to 5 members of the same household to each enjoy their own Premium account. All for one discounted price of around $14.99 (price varies between countries, check the price here).

If you are already subscribed to Spotify Premium, your subscription will automatically renew. If you previously cancelled your subscription and are now re-subscribing, check out this guide.
