My Question or Issue

I was previously living in the Netherlands, where I shared a Premium Family membership with someone. I'm now living in Switzerland with my husband, and we want to have a shared plan. He signed up for Premium Duo, and sent me the invite link. Spotify prompted me to change my region before I could accept the invite. But to change my region, I have to put in a Swiss payment card, and the change doesn't take effect until after I've been charged. So in other words, we have to pay for the premium duo that we can't even both use, AND the Premium Family, just so that I can change my region and join the duo plan. Is there any way around this?

You can just cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can change your country setting through a dropdown menu, as described here. 🙂
