No puedo cancelar mi suscripción premium

Hola, quiero cancelar mi suscripción premium mensual. Seguí las instrucciones de la página de preguntas frecuentes y en mi cuenta la opción de cancelar mi suscripción no aparece, solo para cambiar mi plan, y lo que yo quiero es cancelar. No me registré ni pagué a través de ninguna otra empresa de terceros, lo hice directamente con Spotify, solo quiero cancelar.

You should be able to cancel your plan like this:

1. Log into spotify.com/account.
2. Under Your plan, click CHANGE PLAN.
3. Scroll to Cancel Spotify and click CANCEL PREMIUM.
