My Question or Issue

I bought two Plans, foremost The Premium Mini plan that runs for a week, just to give it a whirl. However, realising that the plan don't support Very High audio quality, I decided to go with one that does.

Saw Spotify offer of 3 free months with the 6 months plan. So, took the plunge. Following payment, the previous setting - Very High audio quality, still isn't available. Still stuck with a maximum quality of High despite having paid for a Premium Plan for 6 Months.

Really disappointed that things went so awry with my first purchase on Spotify. To add to that, the receipt I received for the 6 months plan no where makes mention of an additional 3 months extra, as advertised. I feel cheated.

I have tried logging out and in, also clearing cache but can't still set audio quality to Very High. Always tells me it isn't available for my plan. I will like to deactivate the Premium Mini Plan and hop on the 6 months Premium Plan. Thank you
