Not getting what I'm paying for

this weekend I signed up for family premium for three free months for free. I invited my four children. I have been listening to my podcasts since that time, and they all still have ads. Not only do I still have ads it shows that I only get one month free now. Anybody have any fixes?

Currently there is no campaign in the USA offering a 3-month Premium Family trial. If you do see an advertisement like this, please send us a screenshot or let us know if it was a special campaign offered by a partnering service.

About the ads in podcasts, check out the reply from @Elena in this thread. Hopefully this will clear things up.

Oh good it's not a bug it's a "feature". Fantastic. What in the world are you offering no ads for if there are ads?

As you've already read in the linked post, podcasters can enable additional ads or product placements in the form of a dynamic ad slot on their shows. 

This is further discussed here. 

I know it's frustrating to get ads on podcasts while having a Premium subscription. Other users feel the same way. You can add your +Vote to this Idea. It is still active an open for voting, despite the status.
