Old email doesn’t work family

Old email doesn’t work family

Hi sorry! I just have a question we joined family premium last april and then yesterday suddenly all of us removed by spotify. Then when we tried to join again with the same email we used previously it’s unable. So some of the members did a new email so they can join again and it works. But me i don’t want to create a new account. How can i join using my previous account again?

Do you have any trouble joining the plan again using an incognito window? You can also try joining using a different device to see if it makes a difference.
