My Question or Issue

The payment for the Premium Family subscription failed last week, now my account is back to the free version of Spotify. Do I need to enrol our family again to the whole Premium Family service, or will it be done automatically after payment? Can somebody please help me out?

Hey @moolenbroek ,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

Once a Premium Family plan has ended, all members will be removed from the plan.

 

If you decide to start another Premium Family plan, you'll need to invite all members again, if you wish to have them on the plan again.
