Welcome to the Community and thanks for getting in touch with us. We'll gladly help you solve this.

 

Can you start by taking a look at your Account page under Your Plan? If you don't see an active Premium plan, it means that you might be paying for Premium on a different account.

 

It's possible that you have 2 accounts with us and you've cancelled one of them but the other one is on Premium.

 

Take a look at this page to see what you can do to locate your second account.
