Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charge

I have been having this problem for over a week now. I reached out to support, was transferred to a different support representative who couldn't do anything for me. I tried canceling my subscription but now I can't renew it because I still get the "Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method." error. Now I have no spotify premium at all. Can someone please help me? I can't find an email to reach out and I really don't want to create a twitter account just so I can start all over again with support. 

 

What kind of error is this anyway? Can't you guys be more specific about what's going on here? I just want to give you my money! 😕

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
