Overcharged and not sure what to do - what is the process?

Dear Spotify, 

 

I was charged the non-student rate for my student account. Not sure what to do to rectify the issue.  Noticed other boards posted solutions of calling the credit card company, but I also read that you would be issued penalties.

 

I am otherwise enjoying your service and do not wish you guys any ill will. Hoping you can fix this issue within the next few days.
