Hi, tengo contratado premium duo y la otra cuenta que agregué ahora figura como si no tuviera subscripción, no puede hacer cosas que pertenecen a premium

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!
 

In this type of case, we'd always recommend checking if the other account was joined to the plan successfully by checking your Premium Duo page. If not, we'd recommend following the invite process mentioned in this article

In case the account was properly joined, it's possible that the other user might be logging in with the wrong account. In this case, we'd recommend to the other user to log out and log back in making sure it's using their own credentials.
