Pagar con Débito Visa del Banco Hipotecario

Hola.

Han pasado varios días y muchos intentos, y no puedo utilizar mí tarjeta de Débito Visa del Banco Hipotecario para pagar Spotify Premium. Es la misma tarjeta que ingresé para abonar Netflix hace tiempo, y así vienen siendo sin inconvenientes. Con Spotify todas las veces me dice "Ha ocurrido un error en el pago. Vuelve a intentarlo".

La tarjeta de crédito Visa del mismo banco, sí funcionó, pero no la estoy usando actualmente y no quiero pagar el mantenimiento de la misma solo por Spotify, por eso deseo usar la de débito, que es mí cuenta sueldo, dónde siempre tengo saldo.

We suggest you try again in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser.  

It's also a good idea to try on another device just to check if you observe the same. If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that your original device is up to speed with any software updates available.
