Pague 3 meses con una tarjeta de regalo de Spotify y me pausaron mi cuenta

Hola! No se porque paso eso, el 10 de febrero pague 3 meses con una tarjeta que compre en el super  y ahora mi cuenta esta  en pausa... les ha pasado? Que debo hacer? Ya escribi a  Spotify
