Paguei meu boleto de R$ 16,90 a três dias e minha conta premium ainda não foi liberada. O que devo fazer?

Since the community only supports the English language, I hope you don't mind me replying back in English.

 

In this case, could you try a quick log out/in to see if that makes a difference? If that doesn't help, I'd recommend checking out this support article for more info and the next steps to take.
