Paid for Premium but account shows the free service?

I just had to renew my subscription because my payment card on file had been replaced and new card info not updated. I  resubscribed to the premium level like I had previously been on but the app still lists me as having the free acct. The payment has already cleared my bank account. Any ideas on how to get app to recognize me and the premium acct I have paid for?
